Order Processing

Please allow 1 – 2 working days for order processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

​Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure personal details such as delivery address and contact details are accurate and correct as once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.

CUSTOMS/DUTY & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders are shipped from our regional fulfillment hub swftbox in Dubai, U.A.E. You will receive WhatsApp shipment updates directly on the number you’ve provided.

Customs authorities in other countries may charge import taxes/duties in accordance with local regulations. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
